JBL Quantum Cup Details and Preview

Announced weeks ago, JBL joined forces with ESL to launch the Quantum Cup — a trifecta lasting three days featuring esports titles like VALORANT, Fortnite and PUBG. Holding three unique competitions, JBL Quantum Cup goes from December 11 to December 13. The event boasts a $200 thousand prize pool, where thousands of players will play for their respective competitions. Additionally, fans can also win prizes during the event by watching the event.

The JBL Quantum Cup spans across the globe, with three tournaments being the main attraction — a VALORANT, Fortnite and PUBG competition. The tournaments are divided into regional qualifying rounds that lead up to the main stage. Viewers can win JBL Quantum headsets, autographed gear from 100 Thieves and more during the tournament broadcasts.

JBL has invited 1,200 players worldwide to participate in its regional Fortnite tournaments across North America, Asia and Europe. Those who make it to the top will play against streamers and professional teams. For its PUBG and VALORANT tournaments, it will see only the best teams in North America and Asia competing. The qualifiers for its Fortnite event have already started. However, fans can still tune in to the VALORANT and PUBG qualifying stages this week.

The JBL Quantum Cup: Fortnite tournament commences on December 11 at 9 AM PT/12 AM ET/5 PM GMT. This competition will see 32 duos compete during five games in their regional tournaments across North America, Europe and Asia. Those players will clash it out for a share of the $100 thousand prize pool. Content creators and professional players like SypherPK, Bugha, Arkhram and more will participate in the tournament.

Starting a day after, the qualifier round for the JBL Quantum Cup: VALORANT tournament begins on December 12 at 1 PM PT/4 PM ET/9 PM GMT. Eight North American teams will compete in a round-robin format until only four remain. The qualifying teams will advance towards the playoffs and participate in a single-elimination bracket. The playoff stage kicks off on December 13 at 1 PM PT/4 PM ET/9 PM GMT. This event boasts a $50 thousand prize pool for teams to share.

The JBL Quantum Cup: PUBG tournament starts on December 12 at 11 AM PT/ December 13 at 2 AM ET/7 AM GMT. In Asia, sixteen teams will battle it out during five games for a share of the $25 thousand prize pool.

Overall, the JBL Quantum Cup makes an exciting event for players and fans alike to enjoy. Whether it’s VALORANT, PUBG or Fortnite, there’s definitely something for everyone to watch. Tune in to the event through JBL’s Twitch channel.
